Chase Ausley is a Director at the U.S. DOGE Service and Senior Advisor at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where he focuses on modernizing federal health and human services technology infrastructure, interoperability, and digital experience initiatives.

Prior to federal service, Chase held leadership roles across healthcare and enterprise technology organizations including CareBridge, Elevance Health, Optum, SAP Concur, and The Advisory Board Company. His work has focused on building and scaling digital products, interoperability platforms, workflow automation, and consumer-facing healthcare technology solutions.

At CMS and the U.S. DOGE Service, Chase works on initiatives focused on healthcare data exchange, API modernization, provider and patient access infrastructure, and reducing administrative burden across the healthcare ecosystem.
