Lee Becker is a senior vice president for public sector and healthcare at Medallia, where he helps government and healthcare organizations improve service delivery, strengthen trust, and drive measurable operational and business improvements. 

Lee has more than two decades of experience leading transformation across public sector and healthcare. He previously served in senior roles at the U.S. Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he helped establish the Veterans Experience Office and co-led the White House Cross-Agency Priority Goal on Customer Experience to improve service delivery across government.

His work has spanned contact center modernization, digital transformation, disability claims and appeals modernization, military casualty management, and programs supporting traumatic brain injury and mental health care for service members, Veterans, families, caregivers, and survivors.

Lee also serves as a board member for the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council and the Industry Chair for the Customer Experience Community of Interest, advisor to the Public Service Leadership Academy, and Chaplain for the American Legion. He holds a Master of Science in Management from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from American Military University.
